- First and foremost, make sure to reach out to your travel provider and inquire about the possibility of arranging alternative dates.
- If your holiday is no longer able to proceed, you have the option to submit a claim to our claims team for further review.
If you're looking to register a claim, You'll need to check your policy wording for full details on what you’re covered for when cancelling or cutting your holiday short. If your situation is covered you’ll need to register a claim with our claims department.
Before you contact us, you’ll need to have the following to hand to help you submit your claim:
- Your Validation Certificate so you have your policy number to hand.
- Any documents, like receipts, to support the claim you’re making.
- If you’re claiming for Covid cancellations, you’ll need a copy of the positive test result.
