Can I remove policy benefits I no longer want?

You have the option to make changes to your travel insurance policy, such as removing additional cover options, adjusting cover limits, or downgrading the geographical area covered, within the cooling off period, which spans the first 14 days from the purchase date.

However, once the cooling off period has ended, it is not possible to remove or decrease your level of cover.

If you wish to make changes to your policy for future renewals, you can do so at the time of renewal.
