You need to let us know if there are any changes to your health. You can make changes online by logging into your My Avanti account and following the below instructions:
- Access your My Avanti Account
- Once logged in, Select "My Policies"
- Then select "Amend my policy" on the policy you wish to edit.
- You will then be greeted by a box asking 'Have any of the named travellers had a change in health since you first took out this policy?' - You'll need to select 'Yes' if you are updating medical.
- You will then need to check the on-screen statements and select 'Agree' if appropriate, If you select 'Disagree' this will inform you to contact our friendly web chat team.
- You will then need to check a new set of statements and select 'Agree' if appropriate, If you select 'Disagree' this will inform you to contact our friendly web chat team.
- Scroll down and Click 'Continue' at the bottom of each page until you reach the 'Medical' tab
- Read the medical information select 'Agree' and then select "Add" Type in your medical condition, answer any questions if prompted and click Finish.
- If your medical condition isn't displayed, please check the spelling and retry. If this still doesn't display your condition, Please speak with our friendly web chat team.
- If you found your medical condition Scroll down and Click 'Continue' at the bottom of each page until you reach the 'Payment' tab and make the payment for the changes declared.
- Your policy will then be updated and you will receive confirmation of those changes via your chosen communication method.
You may be asked to pay a little extra to cover any additional conditions or changes to existing conditions, but we’ll think you’ll agree it’s a small price to pay to remain covered on your travels.
