How do I make a lost baggage claim?

Baggage claim form can be found here. If you have not used the claims portal before, you can also register as instructed using that link.

We will pay up to the amount shown on the table of benefits if your personal baggage is damaged,
stolen, destroyed, or lost (and not recovered) during the course of a trip.

During the Christmas period (travel between 15th December and 15th January only) the overall cover limit is increased by £500.
