If the country you were planning to visit has changed its entry requirements and you’re unable to travel, you’ll need to contact your holiday provider. They should be able to help you make alternative arrangements.
If you’re able to rebook your trip for different dates, we can:
- Change your single trip policy start date, just as long as it’s within 18 months of the date you bought your policy. Or within 24 months if you bought your policy on or after 29 April 2021 and are eligible. These changes may incur an extra cost.
If you need to make changes to your single-trip policy, please make sure you contact us before you are due to travel.
You can make changes to your policy at any time by visiting My Avanti. Plus, there’s no admin fee when you make changes online.
